Delivery Dates and Times
All of our orders are shipped FEDEX OVERNIGHT NEXT DAY AIR. Delivery times are normally by 3pm* the following day, unless the delivery area is in very rural area, then the delivery time will be later in the day. Sorry Saturday delivery is not available. *During the peak holiday season, the deliveries may be as late as 8 p.m. PLEASE NOTE: Orders cannot be delivered on Weekends, Mondays, or on major Holidays.
Orders must be placed by 12 p.m. eastern time.
Holidays
If you would like to inquire about a specific holiday and the shipping availability, please call us at 1-800-562-1001. Our shipping Department is open Monday – Friday 9am to 4pm.
Thanksgiving Shipping Schedule:
Monday, November 24-shipping
Tuesday, November 25-shipping
No orders will be shipped Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.
Christmas Shipping Schedule:We recommend that you ship early. Due the high volume of freight during the Christmas season and the possibility of weather delays we will not guarantee that your order will be delivered on time. The last day for shipping will be December 22.
New Years shipping Schedule:December 29 will be the last day for shipping.

Weather Policy
Please note that adverse weather conditions in any part of the country through which your package must be routed may delay your package. FEDEX WILL NOT REFUND MONEY DUE TO WEATHER RELATED DELAYS AND THEREFORE, SANDERS LOBSTER WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY DUE TO WEATHER DELAYS. We try to keep informed of the weather conditions across the country to the best of our ability. However, if you are concerned about the weather in your area, you should contact us to reschedule your delivery. If we become aware of a potential weather problem, we will do our best to contact you and have your input in making the decision on whether to ship the order or to reschedule. If we cannot reach you, then we will use our own judgment. If there is a chance that the order will be delayed because of bad weather, then we WILL NOT ship the order.
